They are currently scaling their retail presence aggressively and looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition leader to power their next phase of hyper-growth.

Designation: TA Head / Associate Director - Talent Acquisition

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (Hybrid/On-site)

Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/Post-graduation preferred)

Experience: 7 to 15 years of overall TA experience, with a minimum of 2+ years of core team-handling experience in high-growth Fintech, BFSI, or NBFC sectors.

About the Role

As the TA Leader for BFSI Sales & Volume Hiring, you will spearhead high-velocity recruitment engines across regional branches. You will own the complete talent acquisition lifecycle for frontline sales, channel partners, and branch operations, driving aggressive hiring targets without compromising on quality. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring deep expertise in building structured mass-hiring pipelines in the financial services domain.

Key Responsibilities

1. Mass Hiring & Channel Strategy:

- Design, test, and execute high-yield, omni-channel sourcing frameworks (job portals, walk-in drives, campus networks, and local recruitment partners) to fuel massive branch expansions.

- Oversee end-to-end recruitment pipelines for high-volume sales roles (Retail Loan Officers, Direct Sales Managers, Branch Sales Executives).

2. Team Leadership & Mentorship:

- Lead, mentor, and coach a high-performing team of recruiters and sourcers, tracking individual KPIs, conversion ratios, and daily productivity metrics.

- Conduct regular training workshops to sharpen the team's candidate assessment and closing capabilities.

3. Operational Excellence & Process Automation:

- Leverage advanced Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), programmatic job advertising, and mobile-first screening tools to shrink time-to-fill.

- Streamline on-boarding workflows and document verification protocols to minimize candidate drop-offs during high-volume surges.

4. Stakeholder & Business Partnership:

- Act as a strategic advisor to regional business heads, Zonal HRMs, and founders, ensuring complete alignment on headcount budgets and deployment timelines.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 7 to 15 years of hardcore corporate/agency recruitment experience, with heavy exposure to volume hiring for BFSI, NBFC, or Fintech sales networks.

- Domain Expertise: Demonstrated success in scaling field sales, direct sales agents (DSA), and branch operations staffing across multiple geographies.

- Leadership Track Record: Proven experience managing, motivating, and driving accountability in a recruitment team of at least 3+ members.

- Agility: Comfortable navigating ambiguity, shifting business priorities, and high-pressure turnaround times typical of a fast-paced lending environment.

- Tech-Savviness: Hands-on experience with modern recruiting tech stacks, sourcing analytics dashboards, and mass-communication tools.
