The Role:

The DC is the nerve centre of this operation. Everything that ships to 6 dark stores and reaches customers within the hour flows through here - and as the business grows, the DC needs to grow with it. As DC Head, you will own the entire DC function end-to-end: inward, dispatch, inventory, compliance, people, and throughput - across a 30,000 to 60,000 sq ft facility. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role where your decisions directly shape how the supply chain scales. What You'll Do

- Own end-to-end DC operations across a 30,000-60,000 sq ft warehouse - inward, storage, dispatch, and everything in between.

- Drive GRN/PRN accuracy and ensure every inbound shipment is processed, verified, and slotted without delay.

- Manage CN/DN workflows with precision - minimise discrepancies, resolve exceptions fast, and keep vendor and dark store accounts clean.

- Maintain inventory accuracy at 99%+ through cycle counts, perpetual audits, and tight SOP adherence.

- Plan and execute regular stock audits; identify shrinkage, variance, and process gaps before they become operational problems.

- Implement and sustain 5S standards across the DC floor - build a culture of discipline, not just compliance.

- Maximise DC throughput by continuously optimising pick/pack flows, labour deployment, and dock scheduling.

- Coordinate with the Transport team to ensure seamless vehicle turnaround and on-time dispatch to all dark stores.

- Lead and develop the DC team - set clear KPIs, run daily huddles, and build accountability at every level.

What We're Looking For:

Must Have:

- 6-10 years of warehouse/DC operations experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (AGM / GM level).

- Hands-on experience managing a DC of 30,000 sq ft or larger - you know what large-scale floor ops actually feel like.

- Deep expertise in GRN/PRN processing, CN/DN management, and inventory reconciliation.

- Proven track record of maintaining high inventory accuracy (99%+) in a fast-moving, high-SKU environment.

- Strong working knowledge of 5S, lean warehousing principles, and DC throughput optimisation.

- Experience managing cross-functional coordination between DC, transport, and store/dark store ops teams.
