Head - Asset & Portfolio Management

- The Head of Asset Management's primary purpose is to organize, develop and manage a portfolio and asset management department with the objective of overseeing the strategic, financial.

- You will work cross-functionally with other departments including leasing, property operations, development, and finance, while also serving as the key interface between the firm and our investment partners specifically for performance reporting and asset strategy.

- You will also work closely with the CFO and Finance team to ensure that actual performance data (e.g., P&L, capital expenditures, and variances) is accurately reflected in ongoing reporting and that interim reforecasting processes are initiated when material deviations occur.

- The role will serve as a key bridge between real-time financial performance and strategic asset-level decision-making.

- You will lead asset-level business planning, establish key performance indicators (KPI's) and monitor asset-level and portfolio-level performance, oversee leasing strategy alignment, and ensure that capital plans and operational budgets are optimized for value creation.
