Head - Asset Management & Maintenance Lease - Automobile

Purpose of the Role: As the Head of Asset Management & Maintenance Lease, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient management and monitoring of all lease assets (Auto) during and after the lease period.

Your role will involve managing asset logistics, vendor/dealer relationships, and ensuring smooth service delivery in line with agreements. You will also focus on improving operational efficiencies, optimizing cost structures, and driving high performance standards across the team. Additionally, you will be responsible for compliance, documentation, risk mitigation, and grievance resolution related to asset management and lease operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure smooth operations of assets under management, as per agreements/SLAs.

- Manage grievance handling and escalation resolution related to lease services.

- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors/dealers for asset servicing, including negotiation of discounts, credit periods, and goodwill discounts.

- Oversee the logistics process from asset pick-up to delivery, ensuring seamless movement and timely servicing.

- Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and dealers for service execution in line with contractual obligations.

- Manage the sale of lease return assets, ensuring appropriate disposal and documentation control.

- Oversee settlement of dealer bills as per negotiated terms and facilitate payment processing.

- Expand and onboard new dealers into the network to strengthen the business ecosystem.

- Maintain and update MIS reports in line with process requirements.

- Work closely with used dealers for bidding and selling lease-returned Auto products.

- Ensure proper documentation management for lease return assets and those sold.

- Identify and mitigate risks that may impact regulatory, financial, or reputational aspects of the business.

- Work towards the learning and development of the team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and growth.
