Overseeing the efficient management and monitoring of all lease assets during and after the lease period.

Your role will involve managing asset logistics, vendor/dealer relationships, and ensuring smooth service delivery in line with agreements.

Description :

- Ensure smooth operations of assets under management, as per agreements/SLAs

- Manage grievance handling and escalation resolution related to lease services

- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors/dealers for asset servicing, including negotiation of discounts, credit periods, and goodwill discounts

- Oversee the logistics process from asset pick-up to delivery, ensuring seamless movement

and timely servicing

- Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and dealers for service execution in line with

contractual obligations

- Manage the sale of lease return assets, ensuring appropriate disposal and documentation

control

- Oversee settlement of dealer bills as per negotiated term s and facilitate payment processing

- Expand and onboard new dealers into the network to strengthen the business ecosystem

- Maintain and update MIS reports in line with process requirements

- Work closely with used dealers for bidding and selling lease-returned products

- Ensure proper documentation management for lease return assets and those sold

- Identify and mitigate risks that may impact regulatory, financial, or reputational aspects of the business

- Work towards the learning and development of the team , fostering an environment of

continuous improvement and growth.

Profile :

- 15 - 20 years of experience in NBFC/Banking/Leasing Operations

- Experience handling teams across different locations

- Experience in vendor management,lease asset disposal, and documentation control

- Proven experience working with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and vendors
