The Head Assessments role requires expertise in designing and implementing effective assessment frameworks to evaluate employee competencies and performance. Profile:


A successful Head Assessments should have:

- Proven experience in designing and implementing assessment frameworks in the Chemical Industry or Industrial / Manufacturing.


- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation for performance evaluation.


- Excellent leadership and team management skills.


- Knowledge of industry-specific compliance standards and regulations.
