Role Overview:

The Healthcare is seeking a senior AI leader to drive enterprise-level AI strategy, innovation, and implementation across business functions. The role will lead AI transformation initiatives from research to large-scale deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute AI/ML strategy aligned with business goals

- Lead end-to-end AI solution design, development, and deployment

- Build and mentor high-performing AI & data science teams

- Drive AI adoption across healthcare, pharma, supply chain, and operations

- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and ensure scalable implementation

- Collaborate with IT, product, and business leadership teams

- Ensure data governance, security, and regulatory compliance

Required Skills & Experience:

- 10 to 15 years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or Advanced Analytics

- Strong expertise in ML, NLP, Computer Vision, GenAI, and AI platforms

- Experience leading large-scale AI implementations

- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills

- Healthcare or pharma domain experience preferred

Qualification:

B.Tech / M.Tech / PhD in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
