Location : Mumbai

Reporting to : Promoter

Work : 5 day week, OnSite

Full time, Permanent role.

Experience : Relevant AI experience with corporates/ Consultants.

ABOUT THE ROLE :

Someone who sits at the intersection of AI expertise and business acumen. You will be embedded in the Office of the Promoter, responsible for transforming how a large multi-entity conglomerate thinks, plans, and operates using AI as the primary lever. You will work closely with the Promoter and a fast-moving strategic team to automate workflows, build intelligent tools, and lead the organisations AI transformation from the ground up.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- AI-ify the Promoters day Automate briefings, analysis, scheduling, and research.

- Build personal AI workflows using Codex, Claude, and other frontier tools.

- Build mini-software & dashboards

- Rapidly prototype and ship internal tools financial models, deal trackers, KPI dashboards, document analyzers from scratch.

- Lead AI transformation Own the company-wide process mapping project and convert conventional workflows into AI-native processes across all functions.

- Train & enable people Design and deliver AI training for 200+ employees across levels from blue-collar workers to senior leadership.

- Curate AI intelligence Keep the Promoter updated on frontier AI developments.

- Translate model releases, tools, and research into business relevant insights weekly.

- Compliance & governance

- Advise on AIs implications for ISO certification, SDG alignment, and ESG policy frameworks as the company scales AI adoption.
