4+ years in leadership, building and scaling AI teams and solutions.

Strategy & Leadership:

- Define and execute the company-wide AI/ML vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.

- Lead the development and adoption of AI-powered solutions for product recommendation, search personalization, fraud detection, customer segmentation, demand forecasting, and automation.

- Prioritize AI/ML initiatives based on business impact, technical feasibility, and ROI.

- Drive thought leadership and evangelize AI opportunities across the organization.

Team Building & People Leadership:

- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of ML engineers, data scientists, and AI researchers.

- Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning.

- Define hiring plans, training programs, and succession strategy for AI functions.

AI Solution Delivery:

- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI/ML projects: data collection, modeling, validation, deployment, monitoring, and iteration.

- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, and Business teams to integrate AI seamlessly into e-commerce products and operations.

- Establish best practices for MLOps, model governance, performance tracking, and scalability.

Governance & Ethics:

- Ensure ethical, responsible, and compliant use of AI and customer data with respect to privacy, bias mitigation, and transparency.

- Define AI governance frameworks, risk management standards, and responsible data use policies.

Stakeholder Communication:

- Communicate AI strategy, timelines, results, and challenges effectively with executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
