Head of the Centre.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Our client is seeking a visionary senior professional to lead the Group's Artificial Intelligence strategy and transformation agenda. This is a senior leadership role driving innovation, productivity, and sustainable growth across its diversified businesses.

- The selected candidate will define the Group's AI vision, establish governance frameworks, and lead enterprise-wide initiatives to embed AI at scale. He/She will build a world-class CoE team, architect cutting-edge AI platforms, and partner closely with business leaders to translate AI potential into measurable business impact.

- Develop and execute the Group's AI strategy aligned with corporate goals in productivity, innovation, and sustainability.

- Drive high-impact AI use cases across business units-enhancing efficiency, insight, and customer experience.

- Partner with hyperscalers, AI vendors, and research institutions to strengthen the Group's technology ecosystem.

- Build and lead a multi-disciplinary CoE team and create reusable AI assets and accelerators.

- Establish Group-wide AI governance, data ethics, and responsible AI practices.

- Represent the Group in regional AI alliances and promote thought leadership in responsible AI.

Requirements:

- About 20 years of working experience in technology or consulting, with strong focus on driving technology led enterprise transformation.

- Exceptional strategic thinking, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.

- Advanced degree (Master's/PhD) in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields from top-tier universities

- About 10 years of experience in Data Science, AI or Digital Transformation, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

- Proven success in building and scaling AI or Data CoEs in large or diversified organizations

- Strong grasp of ML, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), and enterprise data systems. Expert-level knowledge on AI/technology trends and developments.

- Strong cross-functional and C-level business exposure. People Developer.

- Prior working experience in Asia, especially South-East Asia, preferred

- Excellent communication and presentation skills. Fluency in English.

- Willingness to travel extensively.
