Head - Artificial Intelligence - BFSI

We have an urgent requirement for AI Lead role with one of our MNC based company in Mumbai Location.

Position Title: AI Lead role

Experience Level: 15+

Full Time

Notice Period: Immediate to 1 month

Location: Mumbai

- 15+ years of overall experience, with 8-10+ years in senior AI, ML, or advanced analytics leadership roles.

- Strong preference for candidates from fintechs, digital-native financial services, or analytics-led technology organizations.

- Proven experience delivering AI solutions at scale in domains such as lending, payments, fraud, credit risk, or customer experience.

- Experience working within or closely with regulated financial services environments is strongly preferred.

- Exposure to enterprise GenAI and LLM implementations will be an added advantage.

Key Competencies:

- Strategic leadership with strong execution and outcome orientation.

- Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies and their business applications.

- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at Board and CXO levels.

- High standards of governance, risk awareness, and ethical decision-making.

- Ability to operate in ambiguity and lead large-scale transformation.

Additional Requirements:

- Agile, execution-first leader with a strong bias toward speed and outcomes.

- Proven fintech or digital-first financial services exposure.

- Hands-on AI leadership in environments where AI/ML/GenAI directly drove business decisions.

- Demonstrated practical AI execution, from usecase design to largescale production deployment.

- Strong delivery ownership, with the ability to execute complex AI programs endtoend across functions.
