We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to serve as the India Head for North America AI and Analytics. This role is pivotal in driving the success of our AI and analytics initiatives, ensuring alignment with North American business objectives, and fostering innovation and excellence. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a strong background in AI and analytics, and the ability to manage diverse stakeholders, lead high-performing teams, and drive thought leadership in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Management:

- Act as the primary point of contact for North American stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and alignment of goals.

- Collaborate with senior leadership in North America to understand business priorities and translate them into actionable strategies for the India team.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of AI and analytics solutions.

- Proactively address stakeholder concerns, manage expectations, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Team Leadership:

- Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of AI and analytics professionals in India, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

- Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and support the professional development of team members.

- Build a high-performing team by attracting, retaining, and nurturing top talent in the AI and analytics domain.

- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the team.

- Ensure service delivery is seamless, and quality of work is excellent

Resource Management:

- Oversee resource allocation to ensure optimal utilization of talent, tools, and technologies.

- Manage costs, timelines, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.

- Identify and address resource gaps, scaling the team as needed to meet evolving business demands.

- Ensure the team is equipped with the latest tools, technologies, and training to stay ahead in the rapidly evolving AI and analytics landscape.

Thought Leadership:

- Serve as a thought leader in AI and analytics, representing the organization at industry events, conferences, and forums.

- Drive innovation by staying abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in AI and analytics.

- Collaborate with global teams to develop and implement cutting-edge solutions that address complex business challenges.

Strategic Alignment:

- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the India AI and analytics team, ensuring alignment with North American business objectives.

- Drive the adoption of AI and analytics solutions across the organization, demonstrating measurable business impact.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI and analytics into broader business processes and strategies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.

- 12+ years of experience in AI, analytics, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

- Proven track record of managing large teams and delivering complex projects in a global environment.

- Strong understanding of AI and analytics technologies, tools, and methodologies.

- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
