Head - Artificial Intelligence

The Head - Artificial Intelligence will lead the AI vision, strategy, and execution. This role requires a seasoned AI expert who can act as an AI evangelist and problem solver, driving AI-enabled innovation, automation, and business transformation. The ideal candidate will be both a technical wizard and a strategic leader, showcasing how AI can unlock efficiency, productivity, and data-driven decision-making across all verticals.

Responsibilities :

- Define and lead the AI roadmap aligned with organizational goals

- Identify and implement AI-driven solutions to improve business outcomes, customer experience, and operational efficiency

- Champion the use of Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, and Generative AI to solve real-world challenges

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Business, Marketing, etc.) to identify automation and augmentation opportunities

- Evaluate and deploy AI tools, platforms, and vendors, ensuring scalable and secure implementations

- Build and lead a high-performance AI/ML team and foster a culture of experimentation and innovation

- Drive AI adoption and awareness across business units through training, evangelism, and success stories

- Monitor AI trends and emerging technologies to continuously evolve AI strategy

- Ensure compliance with ethical AI practices, data governance, and security policies
