Head - Architecture - Real Estate

Role Overview:

Head of Architecture in a real estate company leads the overall design strategy, master planning, and aesthetic execution for residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments. This leadership role ensures projects balance market appeal, cost efficiency, and strict regulatory compliance from concept to site delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead master layout planning, site optimization, unit planning, and facade concepts aligned with company business goals.

- Direct the approval process, ensuring alignment with local building bylaws, development control rules, and statutory authorities.

- Coordinate multi-disciplinary external teams including structural engineers, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) services, landscape architects, and interior designers.

- Oversee the transition from 2D concepts and 3D visualization to detailed working drawings and construction administration.

- Partner closely with sales, marketing, procurement, and project execution teams to safeguard project timelines and budgets.
