Head - Architectural Projects - Real Estate

- Lead and manage architectural projects from concept through completion, ensuring alignment with design intent, quality standards, budgets, and schedules.

- Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, and budgets; monitor progress to ensure timely and successful delivery.

- Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communication, ensuring clear coordination between clients, internal teams, consultants, and contractors.

- Collaborate closely with internal design teams and external stakeholders to align project objectives, scope, and deliverables.

- Coordinate with multidisciplinary consultants, including structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineers, to ensure seamless integration of all design components.

- Facilitate and lead regular coordination meetings with consultants to review progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with project requirements.

- Review and manage consultant deliverables such as drawings, specifications, and technical reports to ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to design intent.

- Collaborate with design consultants, including interior designers, landscape architects, and urban planners, to deliver cohesive and integrated design solutions.

- Prepare and present regular project status reports to clients and senior management, highlighting progress, risks, and key milestones.

- Ensure all designs comply with applicable building codes, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
