Job Opportunity:
Head Architect - Real Estate - Luxury Projects - Mumbai (Need candidates only from Mumbai).
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Drive the project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design.
- Responsible in preparing work drawings, GFC drawings, Municipal approval drawings, and space planning.
- Ensure that all architectural plans and designs comply with the relevant regulations.
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation for obtaining permits, approvals, and clearances.
- Conduct site visits to ensure that the construction aligns with approved design plans and specifications.
- Keep within budgets and timelines, ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations.
- Site coordination, consultant coordination, and project execution as per approved design and timelines.
- Address any on-site issues related to regulatory compliance.
Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelors in architecture with proven 9-14 years of working experience as an architect in mid-size or large-size architectural firms.
- Experience working on residential and commercial architecture projects.
