Head - Application Product/Growth/Strategic Partnerships

- Lead user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies to maximize GMV and overall app performance.

- Develop and execute scalable growth initiatives through platform partnerships, performance marketing, and innovative campaigns.

- Drive data-driven decision-making, collaborating with analytics teams to optimize funnels, conversion, and ROI.

- Partner with product, marketing, engineering, and design teams to deliver impactful consumer experiences and growth solutions.

- Build and manage a high-performing growth team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

- Report key growth metrics to leadership and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

- 13-16 years of total experience with 5-8 years in Product, Growth, or Strategic Partnerships.

- Demonstrated track record of scaling consumer apps or e-commerce platforms successfully.
