Profile Overview:

Experience: 10-15 years of experience in analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.


Essential Qualification:


- Bachelors or Masters in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.


Essential Area of Expertise:


- Proven experience in enterprise BI tools (Power Bi, Tableau, SAP SAC etc., SQL, Python/R, and cloud platforms

- Strong understanding of business operations, KPIs, and digital transformation.


Desired Area of Expertise:


- Having worked in SAP S4Hanna environment.


Purpose of the position:


As the Head of Analytics, you will lead the enterprise-wide data strategy, transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. Youll work closely with the CIO to align analytics initiatives with business goals, ensuring data integrity, governance, and innovation across departments.


Roles and Responsibility :


- Strategic Leadership

- Define and execute the organizations analytics roadmap in alignment with CIOs vision.

- Champion data-driven decision-making across business units.

- Data Governance & Architecture

- Oversee data architecture, quality, and governance frameworks.

- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies.

- Advanced Analytics & BI

- Lead development of dashboards, predictive models, and performance metrics.

- Implement tools like Power BI, Tableau, SAP SAC or Qlik for enterprise reporting.

- Team Management

- Build and mentor a high-performing analytics team.

- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

- Stakeholder Engagement

- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify analytics opportunities.

- Translate complex data insights into clear business recommendations.
