PragatiX is building that. We are an AI product lab housed in a large Agri conglomerate, Agribazaar and StarAgri. The types that already touches millions of lives daily.

The Role: Head of AI & Learning Products

This is not a standard PM role.

You will be the architect of India's most ambitious AI-for-schools platform.

You'll design and build:

- AI tools for teachers that actually save time

- Personalized learning experiences for students

- Low-bandwidth, multilingual, culturally contextual AI workflows

- Safety + compliance layers that govt systems demand

- Products that can scale from 200 schools - 20,000 schools without drama

You will sit at the intersection of: AI, pedagogy, government requirements, teacher workflows, and product design.

What You'll Lead

- Product strategy & roadmap (from zero - one - national scale)

- Design & architecture of AI-first learning experiences

- Choices around LLMs, safety guardrails, data architecture, and infra

- Rapid prototyping and field-testing in govt schools

- Working with policy teams, implementation teams, and teacher networks

- Building the first product team (design, PMs, engineers)

You'll build fast, iterate fast, and get feedback from real schools, not theoretical focus groups.

What You Bring

- 8-12 years building learning products.

- Strong grounding in AI first product building.

- A deep empathy for teachers and students

- Ability to simplify messy, complex workflows into beautiful product flows

- Bonus: Experience in edtech (Khan Academy, LEAD, Classplus, Doubtnut, BYJU'S, etc.)

- Bonus: Experience with multilingual / low-bandwidth / India-scale systems

Basically:

You can talk pedagogy with NCERT at 11 AM, architect a data pipeline at 1 PM, and break down a teacher workflow at 4 PM, without panicking.
