Role Overview:

We are seeking a visionary Head of AI & Digital Transformation to spearhead the evolution of our HR technology ecosystem. In this strategic leadership role, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge artificial intelligence and human capital management, driving the end-to-end digital transformation of our people processes. You will work closely with the CHRO, IT leadership, and cross-functional business stakeholders to identify friction points in the employee lifecycle and deploy scalable, AI-driven solutions that enhance productivity and engagement. By translating complex data into actionable insights, you will directly influence organizational efficiency, ensuring our HR function remains at the forefront of innovation in the competitive Delhi NCR market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and execute a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap to modernize HR systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing enterprise platforms.

- Lead the end-to-end implementation of AI-driven tools, such as predictive analytics for talent retention and automated recruitment workflows, to improve operational speed and decision-making accuracy.

- Partner with senior leadership to define the long-term HR tech strategy, aligning technological investments with broader business objectives and workforce planning goals.

- Oversee the governance and ethical deployment of AI models within HR processes, ensuring data privacy, compliance, and unbiased outcomes for all employees.

- Manage relationships with external technology vendors and internal IT teams to ensure high-performance delivery and continuous optimization of the HR technology stack.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives, specifically within the HR domain, with a deep understanding of modern HCM suites and AI integration.

- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications, facilitating clear communication between non-technical HR stakeholders and engineering teams.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data-driven insights to solve organizational challenges and improve the overall employee experience.

- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, capable of driving change management across diverse teams and levels of the organization.

- Educational background in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field from a premier institute, providing a solid foundation for strategic problem-solving.

- High degree of adaptability to a hybrid work environment, with the ability to lead distributed teams effectively while maintaining a strong presence in our Delhi NCR office.
