Head - Agri-Commodities

About:

- Product identification, evaluation and studying the suitability of the product as a contract on the futures platform.

- Working with the Agri team on designing and implementing the contract.

- Tracking competitors and developing suitable strategies in response.

- Ensuring increase of various commodity groups' turnover within the Agri domain.

- Ensuring smooth coordination with the business development team and Agri trade stakeholders for problem identification

- Ensuring timely identification of leading physical & futures players in each commodity

- Reviewing the performance of the Agri Product team in terms of increase in traded volumes of commodities, new products, quality of research,

- Reviewing the performance of the agri contracts in terms of participation, traded volumes, hedgers added, etc

- Ensuring smooth coordination with the Corporate Communications team to organize events, seminars etc.

- Accountability to role specific responsibilities, deliverables, outcomes, reporting, regulatory compliances, risk management, data privacy, code of conduct etc.
