- We are seeking a highly accomplished and results-driven professional to join as the Head of Aftermarket Sales for a leading Lubricants brand based in NCR.

- This leadership role requires a seasoned sales leader with a strong track record of managing nationwide aftermarket operations, driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and ensuring superior customer satisfaction.

- The ideal candidate will bring deep domain expertise from the Lubricants industry, with proven experience in building strategies that scale business across geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the aftermarket sales function, driving the overall business strategy and execution across India.

- Build and implement sales strategies for revenue growth, distribution expansion, and channel penetration.

- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and large institutional buyers.

- Identify and capture new business opportunities while ensuring growth in existing accounts.

- Establish and monitor sales KPIs, targets, and incentive programs to drive high-performance culture.

- Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring timely delivery, competitive pricing, and service quality.

- Collaborate with product, supply chain, and marketing teams to deliver on business goals.

- Lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams across regions.

- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting the lubricants business.

Candidate Profile:

- 12-18 years of progressive sales leadership experience in the Lubricants industry.

- Strong exposure to aftermarket business strategy, dealer/channel management, and distribution network expansion.

- Proven track record in achieving ambitious sales targets and driving business growth.

- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute in a fast-paced, competitive market.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into business actions.
