Position: Head of Affordability & Partnerships

As the Head of Affordability & Partnerships, you will lead the strategy and execution of consumer finance programs while building strong alliances with leading Banks and NBFCs. This role combines strategic partnerships, product innovation, technology integration, and commercial leadership to create seamless affordability experiences for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build & manage strategic partnerships with Banks and NBFCs

- Drive No-Cost EMI, Consumer Loans, BNPL & Affordability Programs

- Lead API integrations with financial institutions for seamless customer journeys

- Develop innovative financing models like Subscription, Leasing & Device-as-a-Service

- Own Trade-In and Upgrade program strategy

- Drive Multi-Device financing solutions and ecosystem buying experience

- Manage commercial negotiations, partner reconciliations & program profitability

Ideal Candidate:

- 15+ years of experience in FinTech, Consumer Durable Lending, Banking Partnerships, or E-commerce Affordability

- Strong understanding of NBFCs, Banking ecosystem & Digital Lending

- Experience working with Product & Technology teams

- Strong commercial negotiation and analytical skills with a focus on business growth and customer experience
