As the Head of Admissions, you will oversee and manage the admissions process, review applications, work closely with the enrollment team to develop and implement strategies, and liaise with various stakeholders across the organization. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or other related fields. - 5+ years of experience in College admissions, Sales, Marketing or related positions - Experience with using data, metrics, and analytics to drive decision making and improve processes - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment - Experience leading and mentoring a team of Admissions Counselors - Knowledge of the higher education industry, policies, and regulations - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
