Our client is a fast-growing EdTech organization with a strong presence across online programs and offline learning centers. The company is focused on scale, quality outcomes, and building a high-performance admissions engine.

Role Overview

The Head of Admissions will own the end-to-end admissions function, driving enrollments, conversion, revenue, and customer experience. This role will work closely with marketing, sales, academic, and leadership teams to build a scalable, process-driven admissions organization.

Key Responsibilities

Admissions Strategy & Leadership

- Define and execute the admissions strategy aligned with growth and revenue targets

- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing admissions and counseling team

- Set clear targets, productivity benchmarks, and conversion KPIs

Enrollment & Revenue Growth

- Own the lead-to-enrollment funnel, ensuring strong conversion and quality intakes

- Drive daily, monthly, and quarterly enrollment targets

- Improve enrollment mix, yield, and overall admissions efficiency

Process & Operations Excellence

- Build standardized admissions processes, scripts, and playbooks

- Drive discipline around CRM usage, reporting, and funnel hygiene

- Optimize TAT, counseling quality, and learner experience

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Partner closely with Marketing on lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and CAC optimization

- Work with Academics & Student Success to align intake quality and outcomes

- Provide structured feedback loops to improve programs and positioning

Data, Analytics & Governance

- Track and analyze admissions performance using dashboards and MIS

- Use data to identify bottlenecks, improve conversions, and forecast enrollments

- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory norms, and ethical sales practices

Key Requirements

- 1115 years of experience in Admissions / Sales / Enrollment leadership

- Mandatory experience in EdTech, Education, or B2C services

- Strong exposure to inside sales, counseling-led enrollments, or high-ticket B2C sales

- Proven experience managing large teams and high-volume funnels

- Strong understanding of CRM systems, funnel metrics, and sales analytics

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
