Description:


Job Summary:


- The Head of Admissions is a senior leadership role responsible for strategically leading and managing the schools complete admissions function.


- The core mandate is to ensure operational excellence, drive strong prospective parent engagement, and successfully achieve ambitious enrollment targets.


- This position requires a blend of strategic planning, meticulous process management, and the ability to professionally and effectively articulate the school's unique ethos and value proposition to prospective families.


Key Responsibilities:


Admissions Lifecycle Management:


- Manage the entire admissions lifecycle, overseeing all stages from initial inquiry, dedicated counselling, standardized assessments, documentation submission, to the final student onboarding process.


Parent Engagement and Counselling:


- Serve as a primary, professional point of contact, expertly handling all parent interactions, campus tours, and personalized counselling sessions with clarity, warmth, and accuracy.


- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with prospective and incoming parents, as well as key community partners and feeder schools.


Operational Excellence and Coordination:


- Coordinate effectively with academic and operations teams to ensure seamless scheduling of admission assessments, documentation handovers, and smooth student integration into the school environment.


- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing the overall parent experience and optimizing internal admissions processes for efficiency and transparency.


Strategic Alignment and Compliance:


- Ensure all admissions processes, communications, and materials accurately reflect the schools vision, values, and high service standards.


- Ensure strict compliance with all school policies and regulatory requirements related to admissions, data privacy, and student enrollment criteria.


Required Qualifications & Skills:


Experience:


- 8+ years in educational administration, with significant experience leading admissions or enrollment management functions, preferably in a premium educational setting.


Leadership:


- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a professional admissions team.


Interpersonal Skills:


- Exceptional communication, presentation, and active listening skills necessary for effective parent counselling and stakeholder relations.


Strategic Thinking:


- Demonstrated ability to set enrollment strategies, analyze market trends, and implement effective outreach plans.


Process Orientation:


- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with proficiency in using CRM or Admissions Management Software
