Head - Administration - DGM/GM Level A Large Group having diverse business interests is looking hire a Senior Administration professional for Renewable Energy Business to oversee and manage the administrative functions of the organization, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office. The role includes managing administrative staff, overseeing office procedures and processes, adhering to all the compliances at HO and sites and implementing policies and procedures to improve overall efficiency and governance. Key Deliverables: - Set up project sites with all the administrative support i.e. guest house, car pool, food facilities, office supply of equipment, local police liaising etc. - Hiring of off-roll employees at sites. Entering service contracts with different service providers - Oversee and manage the administrative function of the organization including HO office management, security, housekeeping, procurement etc. - Ensure the site security for company's assets - Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve office efficiency and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations - Budget for annual administrative expenses and monitor the actuals - Create appropriate MIS for all the key parameters and update management for timely decision - Liaising with government bodies like Police, Revenue, Compliance officers etc. and other local leaders - Develop and maintain relationships with local police, local political leaders, and other government departments - Identify the right external vendors and service providers, such as manpower support and facility management. - Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including contractors - Adhere to group's policies and procedures in managing the administration departments' work Skills/Experience: - 15-25 Year experience of Managing PAN India operations - Must have experience of setting up sites/unit offices, will involve frequent travels only Corp office mgmt exp candidates need not apply - Candidates from Power, Renewable Energy, Manufacturing Sectors will be preferred over others - Demonstrated leadership Skills - Experience of Liasioning with Statutory Authorities - Police, Labour Authorities is a must - Exp of managing lodging arrangement at plant construction sites at far of locations is a must - Good Acaedmic Credentials - Articulate & someone with strong influencing skills - Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
