Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Administration & Facilities Head to lead our corporate infrastructure and operational excellence in Gurugram. In this strategic leadership role, you will oversee the end-to-end management of our physical workspace, ensuring a seamless, safe, and high-performance environment for our employees and stakeholders. You will act as the primary custodian of our corporate real estate, balancing complex vendor ecosystems, stringent compliance mandates, and large-scale budgetary responsibilities. By driving operational efficiency and fostering a culture of workplace excellence, you will directly influence employee productivity and the overall brand experience for our clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct the comprehensive facilities management strategy, encompassing office maintenance, space planning, and infrastructure upgrades to ensure a world-class working environment.
- Oversee end-to-end procurement and vendor management processes, negotiating high-value contracts to optimize costs while maintaining superior service delivery standards.
- Manage the annual administrative budget with precision, implementing financial controls and forecasting models to ensure fiscal responsibility across all facility operations.
- Lead large-scale infrastructure projects, from initial design and site selection to final execution, ensuring all milestones are met within defined timelines and quality benchmarks.
- Spearhead EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) initiatives, ensuring 100% compliance with local regulations and internal safety protocols to mitigate organizational risk.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership teams to align administrative support services with broader business objectives and organizational growth targets.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale corporate facilities and complex administrative operations, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
- Exceptional negotiation and vendor management capabilities, with the ability to build long-term, value-driven partnerships with service providers.
- Strong financial acumen, including experience in capital expenditure planning, P&L management, and rigorous budget tracking.
- Advanced project management skills, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder requirements and deliver infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
- Deep understanding of statutory compliance, EHS standards, and local regulatory frameworks relevant to corporate operations in the National Capital Region.
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing senior leadership and fostering a collaborative culture across diverse teams.
- A postgraduate degree in Management or a related field is preferred, reflecting a strong academic foundation to complement extensive professional experience.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site work environment, demonstrating agility in crisis management and operational problem-solving.
