Key Responsibilities:
- Direct end-to-end facilities management to ensure a high-functioning, professional workspace that meets the evolving needs of the firm.
- Manage complex vendor relationships and service level agreements to ensure cost-effective delivery of essential office services.
- Oversee comprehensive operational workflows, identifying bottlenecks and implementing process improvements to enhance organizational productivity.
- Execute annual administrative budgeting and financial forecasting to ensure optimal resource allocation across all departments.
- Maintain robust records management systems to ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Lead safety management initiatives, including the implementation of emergency protocols and health standards to ensure a secure environment for all employees.
- Ensure strict adherence to corporate governance and local regulatory compliance, mitigating operational risks through proactive auditing and reporting.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale administrative operations with 15 to 20 years of professional experience in high-growth environments.
- Proven expertise in managing multi-site facilities and complex vendor ecosystems, with a focus on negotiation and contract management.
- Strong financial acumen, specifically in managing operational budgets, cost-benefit analysis, and capital expenditure planning.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at the leadership level and manage diverse internal teams effectively.
- Deep understanding of statutory compliance, safety regulations, and documentation standards relevant to the Mumbai corporate landscape.
- Ability to thrive in an on-site work environment, demonstrating agility in problem-solving and crisis management.
- A graduate or postgraduate degree in Business Administration or a related field, complemented by a track record of operational excellence.
