The Head of Administration will be responsible for a wide range of functions, including:
Infrastructure & Project Management:
- Leading infrastructure development, renovation, and maintenance projects across locations, and ensuring compliance with statutory and local building regulations.
Facility & Maintenance Management:
- Overseeing the upkeep and preventive maintenance of buildings, plants, utilities, and administrative assets , and developing SOPs for facility operations.
Compliance & Statutory Adherence:
- Ensuring adherence to legal, environmental, and local regulations pertaining to infrastructure, fire safety, building codes, etc. , and maintaining documentation to support audits.
Housekeeping & Workplace Hygiene:
- Driving high standards of cleanliness and sanitation across corporate and plant locations , and managing outsourced housekeeping partners.
Transport & Fleet Management:
- Managing employee and goods transportation, including vendor management, scheduling, cost control, and vehicle maintenance , and ensuring safety, compliance, and route optimization for all transport services.
Security Management:
- Overseeing security operations across all premises , and implementing security protocols, emergency response systems, and surveillance measures.
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE):
- Partnering with HSE teams to ensure administrative support for health and safety initiatives , and facilitating safety drills, first aid support, and wellness infrastructure.
Vendor & Budget Management:
- Leading vendor evaluation, onboarding, and performance monitoring across admin functions , and managing administration budgets, cost optimization, and contract renewals.
People & Stakeholder Management:
- Leading and developing a geographically spread administrative team , and liaising with internal functions (HR, IT, Finance, Manufacturing) to ensure service delivery standards.
Qualifications and Experience
Education
- Graduate in any discipline (Engineering / Facility Management / Administration).
- MBA preferred.
Experience
- 10-15 years in managing in multi-site/multi-location roles.
- Hands-on experience with multi-location administration.
