Admin Head
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Admin Head to lead our administrative operations and ensure seamless day-to-day functioning of our offices and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee complete office operations, including facility management.
- Develop, implement, and enforce administrative policies, SOPs, and systems
- Manage travel, transport, and logistics for internal and external events
- Lead vendor management, procurement processes, and cost control initiatives
- Ensure statutory compliance, renewals of licenses, contracts, and adherence to safety protocols
- Prepare, manage, and monitor administration budgets and expense tracking
- Lead, mentor, and build the capabilities of the administration team
- Liaise with internal departments and senior management to support operational requirements
- Drive digitalization and process improvements in administrative workflows
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Effective vendor negotiation and contract management experience
- Solid understanding of compliance, labor laws, and workplace safety regulations
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and administrative software/tools
- Organized, detail-oriented, and efficient in multitasking under pressure
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in administration
- Minimum of 5 years in a leadership or managerial role
