Position: Head - Ad Sales
Location: Bengaluru
Client: Leading Media & Entertainment Group
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue generation through 360-degree media solutions including Content Space, Online, Radio, Print, and Outdoor media.
- Lead budget planning and ensure achievement of annual revenue targets through a high-performing sales team.
- Oversee Print and Digital portfolios across categories such as Industrial & Corporate, Real Estate, Durables, FMCG, and Telecom for the Bengaluru region.
- Develop and execute integrated sales strategies to expand market share and strengthen client relationships.
- Build and maintain strong engagement with advertising agencies and direct clients for consistent lead generation.
- Provide customized solutions aligned with client objectives, brand positioning, and category dynamics.
- Ensure effective P&L management, forecasting, and reporting to drive business growth and profitability.
Candidate Profile
- Strategic Ad Sales professional with 15+ years of cross-platform experience spanning Print, Broadcast, OTT, and Digital Media.
- Proven track record of P&L ownership, revenue forecasting, and delivery of impactful results across diverse industry verticals.
- Strong expertise in category development, integrated media sales, and client engagement across both traditional and emerging platforms.
- Deep understanding of client business, brand, and category dynamics with the ability to design and deliver customized campaigns.
- Exceptional ability to articulate client goals, negotiate effectively, and build long-term partnerships.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing high-performing sales teams and driving results under competitive market conditions.
