Role Overview:

The Head - Ad Sales role is a critical leadership position responsible for driving the advertising revenue growth across our digital platforms. The Head - Ad Sales works closely with the marketing, product, and finance teams to ensure alignment and optimize revenue generation. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive ad sales strategies to maximize revenue generation across all digital platforms.

- Lead and mentor a team of ad sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture focused on achieving and exceeding targets.

- Manage the P&L for the ad sales division, ensuring profitability and efficient resource allocation.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and advertising agencies to secure and expand advertising partnerships.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop innovative advertising solutions that meet client needs and enhance user experience.

- Oversee the development and execution of sales campaigns, ensuring effective targeting and messaging.

- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful ad sales strategies that drive revenue growth.

- Proven track record of managing and motivating high-performing sales teams.

- Strong understanding of the digital advertising landscape and emerging trends.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and advertising agencies.
