We are looking for a seasoned revenue leader to drive media monetization, strategic advertising partnerships, and enterprise sales across digital, offline, and integrated media ecosystems.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in:

Digital advertising

Enterprise partnerships

Brand solutions

Ad monetization

Strategic revenue growth, and team leadership

This role requires a strong understanding of media sales, platform monetization, branded solutions, and large-scale advertiser relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Revenue & Business Leadership:

- Drive advertising revenue growth across digital, offline, and integrated media assets

- Own end-to-end revenue strategy, forecasting, and business planning

- Build and scale monetization opportunities across categories and advertiser segments

- Manage business profitability, contribution margins, and commercial performance

Enterprise Ad Sales & Partnerships:

- Build strategic relationships with brands, agencies, and enterprise advertisers

- Lead large integrated advertising deals and sponsorship partnerships

- Develop customized brand solutions across content, events, video, digital, and experiential properties

- Drive category growth across ecommerce, fintech, auto, consumer tech, lifestyle, FMCG, and emerging sectors

Media Monetization & Solutions:

- Identify and launch new monetization channels and ad products

- Collaborate with product, marketing, content, and operations teams to enhance monetization capabilities

- Drive innovation in inventory packaging, branded content, sponsorships, and platform integrations

- Contribute to GTM strategy, pricing, and advertiser solutions

Leadership & Team Management:

- Lead and mentor high-performing sales and partnerships teams

- Build scalable sales processes, forecasting frameworks, and performance mechanisms

- Drive operational rigor, pipeline visibility, and sales productivity

- Work closely with senior leadership on strategic growth initiatives

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:

- 12-18 years of experience in digital media, advertising sales, adtech, OTT, ecommerce advertising, or media monetization

- Strong experience in enterprise sales and strategic brand partnerships

- Proven track record of delivering large-scale advertising revenues

- Experience handling P&L responsibility and leading large revenue teams

- Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystem, media planning, and advertiser solutions

- Experience across publisher monetization, commerce advertising, OTT/video monetization, or adtech ecosystems preferred

- Strong network across brands, agencies, and marketing stakeholders
