Hiring: Head of Accounts Receivable (AR)

We are hiring for a high-growth B2B healthcare platform that is transforming how medical services are delivered and accessed across India. The organization operates at scale, partnering with enterprises and healthcare providers to deliver seamless, tech-enabled solutions.

Role: Head of Accounts Receivable (AR)

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end AR operations - invoicing, collections, reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across processes (B2B mandatory)

- Drive collections & cash flow optimization - reduce DSO, strengthen client relationships, and improve working capital cycles

- Ensure compliance & controls - GST adherence, audit readiness, zero unreconciled items, and strong documentation practices

- Build reporting & team capability - lead a high-performing team, implement dashboards, and enable real-time AR visibility

What We're Looking For:

- 12+ years in AR, with 3+ years in leadership roles managing large teams and complex operations

- Strong expertise in AR processes, reconciliations, GST, and audit frameworks

- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle or equivalent)

- Sharp problem-solving & stakeholder management skills - ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
