Head - Accounts Receivable & Sales Accounting - Manufacturing - CA/ICWA

Key Responsibilities

- Revenue recognition (monthly/quarterly) as per Ind AS.

- Daily monitoring of collections, reducing DSO (Days Sales Outstanding).

- Review aging balances; coordinate with Sales/Marketing for collections.

- Credit control: dynamic credit limits, customer account monitoring.

- Coordination with internal/external auditors.

- Productwise price realization analysis.

- Lead digitization and process improvement initiatives.

- Sales accounting and revenue assurance.

- Strong stakeholder management (internal & external).

Qualification & Experience:

- CA/ICWA with ~12 years postqualification experience.

- Proven track record in large manufacturing having T/O of around 1000 Cr.

- Leadership in AR, credit control, and revenue accounting.

- ERP system experience; proficiency in MS Excel/Power Builder.

- Knowledge of Ind AS, GST, Income Tax.

- Familiarity with financial instruments (Letter of Credit, Channel Financing).

- Excellent communication skills; ability to thrive in fastpaced setups.
