Experience: Minimum 7+ years, preferably in account/category management, growth, and P&L ownership. (Predominantly E-Commerce)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Achieve the revenue from the existing customers using Growth Marketing Strategies - Spike in revenues
- Customer Acquisition and Retention:
- Provide Product Development and Innovation Strategy
- Category Marketing Management: Conceptualize and Monetize - Create Rate Card, Create Visibility across CRM, Social Handle and Digital Space.
- Education: An Engineering + MBA background is ideal. If not B.Tech, then strong numerical ability, analytical thinking, and the capability to combine data with growth and strategic insights are essential.
- Work Background: Exposure to the US market will be an added advantage.
- Leadership: Proven experience in people management, with the ability to handle both large and small accounts while leading a team. Strong communication skills are a must.
- Work Style: Prior experience in startups, particularly bootstrapped ones, will be highly valued.
