Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Define and own the vision, goals, and roadmap for the Academy Program.
- Translate learner needs, industry trends, and hiring requirements into a scalable, outcome-driven program strategy.
- Drive continuous innovation across the learner experience and curriculum journey.
Business Ownership:
- Hold full P&L responsibility, driving revenue, profitability, and margin optimization.
- Design and execute pricing, monetization, and go-to-market strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Sales, Marketing, Product, and Technology to enhance learner acquisition and retention.
Program Growth & Delivery:
- Scale the program to tens of thousands of learners while maintaining high NPS and success metrics.
- Ensure curriculum relevance by aligning with evolving technology and employment trends.
- Drive operational excellence across content, mentorship, learner support, and assessments.
Learner & Placement Outcomes:
- Define and track key performance indicators including engagement, completion, and placement rates.
- Leverage data and AI-driven insights to design targeted learner interventions and support mechanisms.
- Strengthen collaboration with career services and placement teams to deliver measurable employment outcomes.
Team Leadership:
- Lead a high-performing, cross-functional team spanning Program Management, Curriculum Design, Career Services, and Analytics.
- Mentor functional leaders and foster a high-accountability, learner-first culture.
- Build talent pipelines, define performance KPIs, and drive organizational scalability.
