HDFC Sales is seeking a proactive and experienced IT Project Manager to lead cross-functional project teams and ensure the successful execution and delivery of IT initiatives. This role involves setting up a Project Management Office (PMO), managing resource allocation, and ensuring project deliverables are met within budget and timelines. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and a positive, solution-oriented mindset. Key Responsibilities - Establish and manage a centralized Project Management Office (PMO) to oversee multiple IT projects. - Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables aligned with organizational objectives. - Coordinate with stakeholders including internal teams, vendors, and end-users to gather and validate requirements. - Develop documentation templates and implement document control standards. - Track and monitor project progress, proactively identifying risks and implementing corrective actions. - Evaluate and maintain standards across all project components to ensure consistency and quality. - Monitor project expenditures and ensure alignment with budget constraints. - Ensure all projects adhere to company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and industry best practices. - Compile and deliver regular project updates and reports to senior management. - Oversee testing phases and ensure that final deliverables are fully operational, documented, and compliant. Key Requirements - 10-15 years of proven experience in IT project management. - Strong understanding of Project Management principles, tools, and best practices. - In-depth knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and related methodologies. - Demonstrated techno-functional expertise with the ability to understand both business needs and technical solutions. - Exceptional leadership, planning, and organizational skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. - Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management capabilities. Educational Qualification: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Administration (mandatory) - Master's degree in IT or Business (preferred)
