Requirements: 1. Graduate (technical/science preferred) + MBA (marketing / healthcare / retail management preferred) 2. 6-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably within the healthcare sector. 3. Proven track record of successfully closing deals and achieving sales targets, with a strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies. 4. Proficiency in using CRM software, sales automation tools, and other sales enablement technologies to manage sales activities, track performance, and generate insights. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs. 6.
