Title - Senior Manager - Business Analyst

Experience: 5 to 8 years

Location: Mumbai

Role : Business Analyst

Purpose:

- Lead execution of the complex and compliance-sensitive projects: Critical Payouts (Surrender, Maturity, Survival).

- Ensure each project completes all phases with correct documentation and validations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive BRD creation, updates, and sign-off with all stakeholders

- Plan and execute Requirements Design SIT UAT for projects

- Prepare Solution Walkthrough documents for Development teams

- Lead UAT preparation: test cases, data setup, actuarial calculator alignment

- Validate calculators and system behaviour thoroughly during UAT

- Ensure regression packs are updated at every enhancement

- Manage defects during SIT & UAT; ensure closure before Go-Live

- Approve detailed requirements and functional design for the requirements shared by users

- Approve UAT entry/exit criteria

- Approve scenario coverage for projects

Mandatory Skills:

BRD Creation, Requirement Gathering, Exposure in life asia will be a plus
