PURPOSE OF THE JOB: - Drive activations and lead generation in west zone to enhance brand consideration and leads for business in conjunction with channel needs and marketing strategy - Drive Product level initiatives across HDFC Life and Partner branches - Amplify Brand campaigns and Centrally driven marketing efforts across the mapped geographies DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead Generation: - Drive templated activities for regular inflow of leads across channels. - Introduce & Scale up lead generation activities for newer channels. - Create & implement regional opportunities for customer engagement & customer acquisition. - Facilitate central and Retail tie-ups for lead generation for partners. - Drive Key metrics - Leads, No. of advisor codes, No of Policies, CPL & ROI. Drive Brand & Product Initiatives & Brand Visibility: - Drive Product launch initiatives across HDFC Life and Partner branches. - Amplify brand campaigns & centrally driven marketing efforts in regions. - Enhance visibility of the brand through several OOH and activation initiatives. - Be a Brand Guardian & custodian on the field - Office Branding- Branch/Partner Venue visibility through signage's & in-house branding Regional Support: - Organize Customer Awareness Programs, HNI meets, external BOPs. - Assist in managing sales and partner events Stakeholder management/Collaterals/Vendor Management/Planning/Budgeting: - Work in close coordination with Key Account Team and Zonal leadership to design and execute the Marketing Plan - Collateral Management ensure availability of product collaterals, fliers and proposal forms in branches - Vendor Management -Timely support and payments - Monthly planning and budgeting - Periodic & timely reporting to HO. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT: - MBA /PGDM - Marketing, full time - 3-8 yrs of work experience post MBA - A proven track record of performance with at least 2-8 years of experience in Marketing/Regional Marketing with BTL focus - Should have strong Communication and Presentation skills
