ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT : Strategic Alliances (Traditional, Emerging Ecosystem, Govt. Alliances) is responsible for onboarding new partners to increase premium generation for the organization. The function aims to work with intermediaries in the financial domain viz Bank, NBFCs, MFIs, etc. The team works closely with the prospective partners in providing solutions for insurance distribution across diverse business lines which aims to widen and deepen the existing life insurance opportunity PURPOSE OF THE JOB : The incumbent will be heading the Back Office Support Function for HOD - Strategic Alliances Team. This position involves onboarding new partners, from the BFSI space. These relationships can act as a new source of business for the organization across all business models like physical, digital, tele, models. Developing propositions, for all stake holders through product and process innovation and creating substantial value for the consumer, is a key part of the role. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES : Value Propositions : - Spearhead Operational Support to all zones and verticals for Partner Acquisitions/Tie-ups/Business Propositions - Creating value proposition for partner pitches - Decks, solutions Opportunity Analysis : - Account level (COA sheets, Business Potential, Differential Business Proposition) Solutioning and Innovation : - Create and maintain repository : Standard Proposals, Presentations depending on account type - Process Streamline and Best Practices implementation CA and MPH onboarding Continuously update Product propositions (new / existing) HOD Office Support : Cross-Functional Initiatives/Projects/Others : - Central project drive from HO team / Additional project support to zones or vertical as needed - Strategic Initiatives, Assigned Pro -35 projects - Review Presentations and Actionable Closures on MBRs - Drive central marketing and branding initiatives - Central Function Initiatives - Trainings, Partner Engagement, repository maintenance etc. Process Management : - Set up and standarization of all dashboards and reports for Central Support Function - Opportunity Mapping across verticals - Consolidation, Maintenance and Validation- Regular publication of reports to leadership with analysis (flags if any) - Maintainenance of Account wise segment wise report and Publish quarterly to respective Zones and team leadership - Business generated from accounts closed - Vertical wise Conversion update (Account mapped v/s converted) - Maintainenance of Dashboard Reports - CA level Business Performance, Productivity, Product Mix, Persistency KNOWLEDGE : Understanding of Life Insurance business domain and different lines of business WORK RELATED SKILLS : - Proficiency in MS office and tools (especially Excel and Powerpoint) - Effective verbal and written communication skills - Effective presentation skills - Should be able to multi-task - Data interpretation & analytical skills - Excellent Stakeholder Management PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE : Overall 7-8 yrs (including atleast 2/3 years in life insurance)
