HDFC Life Insurance - Chief Manager - Contest/Secondary Compensation & Incentive Designing

Description:

- Manage expense planning, budgeting, variance analysis, and provisioning activities across Retail and Corporate channels.

- Maintain provision trackers, planning sheets, and expense documentation.

- Coordinate with stakeholders for monthly provisioning and expense booking activities.

- Track channel-wise and sub-channel-wise expense utilization and variances.

- Participate in monthly governance discussions with CFO office, Finance, Business Planning, and Channel Leadership teams.

Sales Contest Effectiveness & Analytics:

- Analyze contest effectiveness using metrics such as incentive earners, productivity, activation levels, and product mix.

- Evaluate performance of sales enablers by comparing projected vs. actual outcomes.

- Improve participation and engagement through effective communication, launch initiatives, and visibility campaigns.

- Conduct periodic governance reviews with Channel Heads and business stakeholders.

- Run feedback surveys and derive actionable insights to enhance future programs.

Projects & Process Improvement:

- Support strategic and functional projects assigned by the Reporting Manager / HOD.

- Identify opportunities for automation and simplification of manual processes.

- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives within compensation and incentive management.
