PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Brand Communications: - Develop strategic communications, planning for promotion and dissemination of corporate and marketing content across categories and generate awareness for products/services. - Develop corporate promotions and communications liaising with other departments and the Management Team. - Seek formal feedback from Business/Product Teams on campaign deliverables for all priority products/major campaigns - Understanding of Digital media planning and buying in publisher's space. - In conjunction with the web team, create, adapt, improve and optimize web communication for SEO and organic and keyword search - Manage the corporate branding - Develop/maintain social media profiles and quality content on Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn. - Develop other, relevant social media content to support and expand our digital presence - Liaise with PR team for press releases. - Assist in the preparation and drafting of various communications (email, social media, blogs, etc. .) -Manage inbound marketing system, including campaign management and data analysis - Align marketing efforts to business objectives for priority products in given portfolio. Publishers and Social Medias: - Optimize social media and blog campaigns to generate interaction, brand exposure, and sales - Identify appropriate publishers and social media channels for targeted campaigns - Continue to build compelling content to maintain HDFC Life's strong online reputation, and be its biggest advocate in the publishers and social world Profile/Professional skills: - A marketing communications professional with hands of experience on videos/ads/films creation. - Digital Media planning and buying experience shall be preferred. - Hands-on experience with marketing automation practices and tools. - 5-8 years of experience in Marketing with a focus in content development. - Expert knowledge in the latest in digital and social media technology and channels and how to best leverage for marketing programs as part of an overall social business strategy - Excellent project and deadline management skills - Excellent understanding on Social handles such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Linkedin and Instagram. - Highly motivated, quick-learner, self-starter - MBA (Marketing/Communications) - Must be able to present portfolio of work, including writing and digital samples
