PURPOSE OF THE JOB
1. Learning & Development (L&D):
- Collaborating with the L&D content team to align business needs with training modules.
- Gathering insights from sales teams to identify training gaps.
- Designing and execution of training sessions to improve productivity and sales outcomes.
2. Technology:
- Partnering with technology teams to translate business requirements into system enhancements.
- Ensuring smooth adoption, execution, and integration of new tools across stakeholders.
- Driving digital enablement initiatives to support sales effectiveness.
3. Marketing:
- Working closely with marketing teams to align campaigns with business priorities.
- Leveraging customer and sales insights for effective targeting.
- Ensuring consistency of messaging across channels to drive walk-in conversions.
4. Branch Operations:
- Partnering with branch ops to enhance branch efficiency and customer experience.
- Monitoring improved walk-in conversion rates through structured initiatives.
- Development and implementation of process improvements based on stakeholder feedback.
Business Drive with Stakeholders:
- Acting as a bridge across L&D, Technology, Marketing, and Branch Operations to ensure business objectives are met.
- Ensuring cross-functional collaboration, timely execution, and measurable impact on sales growth and efficiency
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Main duties, tasks and responsibilities of the role" Drive and manage the Transformation program parameters with stakeholders
- Developing new initiatives and tracking progress; on the key Sales Tech and Marketing activities.
