HDFC Credila - Loan Enhancement - Team
Key roles and responsibilities :
- Revenue Generation through customer total relationship value enhancement for Education Loans for Studies Overseas & India.
- Coordination for the process of lead generation driving login, sanctions, disbursements, and post sales service.
- Liaise with Cross-functional teams i.e. Credit / Operations / Service / legal etc. and ensure the documentary requirements are complied with, and seamless service gets delivered to customers.
- Understand the value-proposal gaps in the assigned business relationships and suggest possible modifications.
- Ensuring team business metrics are met through close monitoring of daily business requirements.
- Strong analytical mindset help break down the task into component part for better solutions & always having a bird's eye view towards delivery of business plan for the year.
- Ability to take data-driven decisions from analysis of the customers served & business trends of previous years.
Qualifications & Experience :- MBA from tier1/2 Preferred
- 2-8 years of experience with banks/BFSI in sales/ BD/ Product
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
- High data analytical skills.
