Job Title: Product Manager - Customer Engagement Process (HNW)  Job Responsibilities:  - Drive performance & efficacy on Customer Engagement Process across Branch.  - Develop hard-hitting analysis on impact of adherence to Process to get buy-in of senior management (including presentations for Group Head reviews, BBH reviews, Zonal and Circle Heads).  - Carry out knowledge sessions for RM/PBs to ensure high channel engagement and awareness levels on Customer Engagement Process.  - Conduct PB/RM sessions by visiting branches or clusters where performance is low on process or a lot of new portfolios have taken over.  - Respond to BBH/ Zonal /Circle requests for conducting special sessions on CEP.  - Conduct monthly online knowledge sessions (Konnects) on CEP to cover all 9 BBH regions.  - Weekly monitoring of reports released by Finance to ensure accuracy.   - Ensure timely response from Finance on any date queries from the channel.  - Develop BRDs for changes in any existing reports or for creation of new reports.  Must Haves:  - Good analytical skills and ability to work with numbers/data  - Good communication & inter-personal skills  - Strong process orientation
