Job Title: NPS Acquisition Manager (Corporate & Retail)

Department: Corporate/Channel Sales Pension & Insurance

Role Overview:

The role is responsible for driving NPS (National Pension System) business acquisition through corporate channels, retail leads, and internal banking channels. The incumbent will manage lead generation, channel partnerships, and cross-selling of government-backed insurance and pension schemes to meet business targets and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Acquire NPS business through corporate onboarding and retail leads.

- Drive NPS sourcing through Branch Banking, EBFS, and other designated bank channels.

- Generate and manage corporate leads for NPS and allied government pension schemes.

- Manage and enable channel partners for NPS business acquisition.

Cross-sell key government schemes such as:

- Atal Pension Yojana (APY)

- PMJJBY (Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana)

- PMSBY (Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana)

- Achieve business targets allocated by senior management.

- Support business development initiatives and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

- Ensure compliance, documentation, and reporting as per regulatory and bank standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Graduate/ Postgraduate (Any specialization; BFSI background preferred).

- 1 to 5 years of experience in BFSI sales, Corporate Sales, Channel Sales, or NPS/Insurance domain (preferred).

- Strong communication and corporate relationship management skills.

- Result-oriented, target-driven, and proactive approach.

- Experience in government schemes, pension products, or bancassurance would be an added advantage.
