Job Overview:
The role is responsible for managing and scaling the Consumer Durable (CD) finance business across assigned geographies by driving sales through dealer counters. The incumbent will lead and develop on-ground sales teams, expand and manage dealer networks, drive profitability, and execute localized sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Business & Revenue Growth:
- Own and drive the Consumer Durable finance business across assigned dealer counters and locations.
- Achieve sales volume, revenue, and profitability targets for the assigned geography.
- Identify new business opportunities and prepare proposals for onboarding new Points of Sale (POS).
- Drive dealer productivity, penetration, and conversion rates.
Dealer Network Management:
- Build, manage, and expand strong relationships with dealer partners.
- Act as the primary escalation point for dealer concerns and ensure timely resolution in coordination with internal support teams.
- Ensure adherence to company processes, credit policies, and compliance standards at dealer counters.
Team Leadership & Performance Management:
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of Sales Officers and Sales Managers.
- Set clear performance goals, track productivity, and conduct regular reviews.
- Drive training and capability building to improve sales effectiveness and customer experience.
Sales Planning & Execution:
- Plan and execute local sales promotions, campaigns, and dealer-led initiatives.
- Evolve market-specific selling strategies based on customer behavior and competitive landscape.
- Monitor and optimize cost structures to ensure efficient business operations.
Market Intelligence & Strategy:
- Conduct regular market studies to understand customer trends, pricing dynamics, and competitor activities.
- Share insights with senior leadership to refine product positioning and go-to-market strategies.

Education:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA / Postgraduate qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Finance is an added advantage.
